What are we looking for?

·         Customer Sales and Relationships: Advise, sell, and promote retail products to cultivate on-going customer relationships and positive experiences. Attend to guest special requirements.

·         Daily Shift Duties: Ensure all retail shelves are clean and replenished, labels and signage are neat and correct, and product usage dates and quality are monitored daily. Complete all assigned side duties as required.

·         Retail Services, Product Knowledge, and Visual Merchandising: Maintain full knowledge of all retail services, products and visual product display guidelines to successfully present and deliver them to all customers.

·         Customer Billing and Payment Processing: Responsible for accurate billing and payment processing of their customer transactions.

·         Daily and Weekly Reports: Complete and submit reports on time as required.

·         Internal Communication and Coordination: Communicate with store management and supervisors any customer and/or operational issues to help maintain positive teamwork within an efficient operation.

·         HSSE & Quality Adherence: Utilize, maintain and clean relevant equipment and retail area within HSSE guidelines for daily operations.

·         Communication and listening skills at a high level:  to use during interaction internally and externally

·         Time Management: to organize and prioritize daily responsibilities and can multitask

·         Technical skills at an operational level: to be able to effectively use work-related equipment

·         Stress Resistance: to cope with high workload and many different scenarios

·         Customer Orientation: to value customers and provide highest possible customer service

·         Teamwork: to support and share responsibilities of the team in terms of overtime, shift work etc.

·         Problem Solving/Innovativeness: to look at situations from different angles and find new approaches or solutions in a timely manner

·         Emotional Intelligence/Soft Skills: to act in a multicultural environment and understand human nature, behavior and needs of customers, supervisors and colleagues and can co-operate with all of them


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

·         At least 1-3 years in retail food business preferable. A sound knowledge base on retail, cheese, with wine an added advantage

·         To have Customer Service background; preferably food service related

·         Basic knowledge and/or experience with related technical equipment in the store

·         Clear communication skills in English both verbal and written

·         Customer Service in related industry; basic Cash Handling
