WE ARE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR a Creative aka Banquets team member with excellent communication skills, a REDy personality and passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our incREDible M&E Banquets team here @ Radisson RED Dubai.

What are we looking for?

·         Responsible for assisting with planning events, preparing and cleaning up the event, serving guests, and responding to questions, complaints and special requests.

·         Seeing to the comfort of guests through answering questions, taking orders and conveying special instructions

·         Support the team for smooth running of the banquet department Operation in related to guest service.

·         Take responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensure all the works is carried out in a timely and professional manner.

·         Build and maintain working relationship between the team along with company culture and value.

·         Deliver our service standards. They are our foundation, always up-to-date and utilized.

·         Drive the guest experience with the positive attitude.

·         Assist with inventory and restocking of supplies

·         Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills and ability to stand for extended periods of time

We don’t need experience but we do need personality. You should be innovative, creative, demonstrate a positive mind-set and love a challenge. Be genuine, yourself, we love that and won’t change that, promise!
