We simply need...

Sales Executive to be responsible for the revenue goal of the Hotel in the specific areas given below:
a. Rooms
b. Meeting & Events
c. All Food & Beverage restaurants of the Hotel
Visit potential customers for new business
Provide customers with quotations
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on market trends
Identify new markets and business opportunities by doing cold calls
Maintains a high level of exposure in the hotel in major market areas.
Implements all sales action plans related to his/her sales area as outlined in the Sales Plan.
Calling on accounts within their specific targeted area.
Reports to the Lead Sales on potential markets needing coverage.
Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features / services, hours of operation, schedule in-house activities, location and times
Attends all major functions held in-house. i.e. guest cocktails, corporate events
Supports hotel promotions and events and ensures information is fed into the market.
It is expected that the Sales Executive / Lead Creative Sales follows the RED standards of operation and departmental procedures.

Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with the industry expectations and RED standards including :
Being attentive to Guests
Accurately and promptly fulfilling Guests requests
Anticipate Guests needs
Maintain a high level of knowledge which affects the Guest experience
Demonstrating a ‘’Yes I Can’ attitude
