We are now looking for Sales Manager to join our brand-new team here at Radisson RED Kraków, you conduct the drama! You will ensure the heart and soul of Radisson RED beats loudly and strong. Innovative and ahead of the curve, you will create the REDvolution where our guests can’t wait to come back and experience the moment again, they will go social, where it’s constant snap and chatter.

Capturing feedback at every opportunity, you are ready to make things happen with your unique personality. It’s different we know, but that’s ok, for at RED it’s a given as the guest experience is paramount and always tops our agenda.

The Sales Manager Role

  • Our Sales Managers are ambitious, thirsty for results and love interacting with people!
  • You will support the smooth functioning of the sales department, implement plans and objectives in the area of active sales
  • You will actively work to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, ensuring a positive and timely response to enquiries and problem solving, monitors customer satisfaction with services provided
  • You will present the hotel's offer, prepare commercial offers, negotiate prices and contract terms, prepares contracts for clients, 
  • You build and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders
  • As an integral part of sales team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the Sales Department

As Sales Manager, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!


Qualities We Are Looking For In Our Sales Manager

  • You ideally have previous experience in Sales, preferably in hotel chain
  • You have experience in commercial contacts with corporate clients and the MICE segment
  • You speak Polish and English 
  • You can quickly familiarize yourself with the use of IT systems 
  • You are solution-oriented and rise to any challenge 
  • You are passionate about making a positive impact on those around you - both guests and your co-workers 
  • You are flexible with positive Yes I Can! attitude
