This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Fixer (Chief Engineer) at Radisson RED located in Rosebank, South Africa. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of the hotel's facilities, managing a team of maintenance staff, coordinating projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of all systems and equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• Experience in supervising and managing a team of maintenance technicians
• Project management skills for coordinating and overseeing maintenance projects
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certification or degree in Engineering or related field
