We are looking for a: 

Night Receptionist in part time with 24 hours per week (m/f/d) 

As Night Receptionist at Radisson RED Vienna, you conduct the drama! You will ensure the heart and soul of Radisson RED beats loudly and strong. Innovative and ahead of the curve, you will create the REDvolution where our guests can’t wait to come back and experience the moment again, they will go social, where it’s constant snap and chatter.

Capturing feedback at every opportunity, you are ready to make things happen with your unique personality. It’s different we know, but that’s ok, for at RED it’s a given as the guest experience is paramount and always tops our agenda.

• You will be our guests’ superhero ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are anticipated and delivered to the highest level
• You will exude patience, empathy and have the personality to host the show
• As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department
