Key Responsibilities:

·     Achieve hotel sales targets and contribute to meeting overall objectives.

·     Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.

·     Monitor and analyze business performance, providing recommendations for driving financial performance.

·     Oversee the smooth operation of the sales department, implementing proactive sales strategies to maximize total revenue.

·     Proactively enhance guest satisfaction by delivering timely and positive responses to inquiries and resolving issues.

·     Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices, following up on audits and due diligence as required.

 

Requirements:

·     Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably with experience in the UAE.

·     Fluency in German is mandatory, along with strong English communication skills.

·     A commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.

·     Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to offer support when required.

·     Personal integrity, coupled with the drive to succeed in a high-demand environment.
