As Sales Coordinator, you'll work with a team that’s committed to delivering exceptional service, always believing that anything is possible while having fun at work.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Support the smooth running of the sales department, ensuring all aspects of the hotel’s proactive sales initiatives are executed and total revenue is maximized.

·        Contribute to guest satisfaction and comfort by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

·        Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.

·        Help achieve departmental objectives, supporting hotel initiatives and targets.

·        Build and maintain strong working relationships while promoting the Resort’s culture and values.

·        Ensure compliance with all legislation and follow best practices for internal and external audits, with appropriate follow-up as required.

Requirements:

·        Strong communication skills.

·        Previous experience in sales is a plus but not essential.

·        A hands-on approach with a "can-do" attitude.

·        Personal integrity, with a drive to work in an environment that demands excellence.

·        Experience working with various IT systems is beneficial.
