Responsible to: Membership Manager

Duration: Full Time/Permanent (40 hours a week)
Salary: £28,500 (plus benefits)

Scope and Purpose of the Job
As the Membership and Member Events Coordinator you will serve as the first point of contact for current and prospective members, delivering a professional and personal customer service. Your role will also encompass comprehensive administrative support for the Membership Department including managing the new member application process, assisting prospective members from the initial inquiry to presenting their completed application to the Membership Committee on a weekly basis.
Your role will also include supporting the development of member events and initiatives, enhancing member engagement and fostering the welcoming and friendly atmosphere our members expect and enjoy. Together with the Membership Manager, you will be a key representative of the Club, building professional relationships with members to create a personalised service, strengthening the Club’s home-away-from-home philosophy.
This role would suit any candidate looking to develop their marketing, events, administrative and interpersonal skills in a luxury sector or pursue a career in the hospitality industry.
