The Porter must have:

• A strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation to Gordon Ramsay’s high standards.

• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Previous experience in dishwashing or janitorial roles preferred, but not required.

• A focus on safety, cleanliness, and proper food handling procedures.

• A willingness to support both kitchen and service teams with back-of-house operations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Operate the dishwashing machine to clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and small wares.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including equipment and floors.

• Remove trash and recycling in a timely and safe manner.

• Complete deep cleaning tasks and other special projects as assigned by leadership.

• Assist with basic food prep when needed, following food safety guidelines.

• Ensure cleaning chemicals are used and stored properly according to safety standards.
