Our Beverage Manager is responsible for providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. The Beverage Manager is the wine expert of the restaurant and is responsible for guiding guests to a great selection while ensuring proper service of wine is maintained to company standards. Works to accomplish departmental goals, strategies, and objectives, while assuring quality product, maximum guest satisfaction and maintaining budgetary profit margins.
We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded, and hands-on Beverage Manager to join our team. We are searching for an energetic, highly motivated person with a passion for hospitality who has previous sommelier experience in a fine-dining, high-volume environment. This individual should have a passion for wine and people with a strong ability to sell.
