We are now seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead front-of-house operations with passion, precision, and excellence.
The Restaurant Manager must have:
The leadership skills and drive to represent the Gordon Ramsay brand and uphold world-class hospitality standards.
Proven experience as a Manager or Supervisor in a premium, high-volume restaurant.
A guest-first mindset, with the ability to create a warm, engaging, and memorable experience.
Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations, including service flow, scheduling, and floor management.
A calm and effective presence under pressure with the ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
A track record of recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to clearly lead teams and coordinate with back-of-house and corporate stakeholders.
A flexible, energetic, and positive approach to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the key front-of-house leader, overseeing daily service and ensuring every guest receives exceptional hospitality.
Lead and inspire the team to uphold standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.
Drive guest satisfaction, team morale, and retention through consistent feedback and coaching.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of service.
Maintain compliance with all Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
Assist in managing labor costs, scheduling, inventory, and other operational tasks aligned with budget goals.
Support the General Manager in achieving P&L targets and long-term business objectives.
Act as a brand ambassador, creating a positive, team-oriented environment for both staff and guests.
