A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WEEKEND BARISTA AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

• Craft a range of high-quality coffees and teas, delighting guests with each cup.

• Bring signature drinks to life with creativity, skill, and consistency.

• Deliver exceptional table service to guests enjoying the café or lounge area.

• Set up and maintain the coffee station to meet premium standards and create a welcoming atmosphere.

• Accurately take and prepare orders, balancing speed and attention to detail.

• Keep your workspace sparkling clean – from counters and equipment to cups and tools.

• Serve light food items with care, creating a seamless and friendly guest experience.

• Proactively restock and replenish supplies so you're always ready for the next order.

• Report any equipment or supply issues to keep service running smoothly.

What we need from you

• A love for coffee and creating standout drink experiences for every guest.

• Barista experience or a strong passion to learn and master coffee craft.

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently during busy weekends.

• Pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting coffee area.

• Friendly communication and great teamwork skills to keep the energy positive and professional.

• Commitment to making every guest feel welcome, relaxed, and well-cared for.
