A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECEPTION SUPERVISOR AT  OUR HOTEL

    • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the front desk to ensure a smooth and professional guest experience
    • Leading, training, and supporting the reception team to maintain high service standards
    • Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously
    • Responding to guest enquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
    • Assisting with staff scheduling and ensuring adequate cover across shifts
    • Monitoring and maintaining booking systems, reservations, and room allocations
    • Ensuring all front office procedures and standards are consistently followed
    • Supporting with administrative duties, including reporting and record-keeping
    • Liaising with housekeeping and other departments to coordinate guest services
    • Acting as a point of escalation for complex guest issues and ensuring swift resolution

    • Great communication skills, effortlessly handling guest inquiries, coordinating with the team, and sharing local knowledge.
