National Marketing Executive
We are looking for our next RBH marketing entrepreneur, representing 9 hotels within one of our exciting hotel clusters. This exciting new role will make up apart of our Fragrance UK commercial hub and be responsible for creating, executing and driving our marketing plans in a selection of independent hotels across the UK. We are looking for a vibrant, creative marketing master to join our team.

Key Responsibilities: Unleash Your Potential
- Be the go-to person for design and print details.
- Get creative and craft captivating HTML email campaigns to engage our wider audience.
- Manage CRM and data management for all marketing activities.
- Provide social media support including content generation, training, and auditing .
- Spread the word about our amazing offerings by supporting PR activity across the cluster.
- Update, lead and analyse all things digital - Including websites, SEO and digital advertising campaigns.
- Showcase your marketing skills by attending and presenting at relevant meetings and events.
- Ensure we get the most bang for our buck by managing marketing activities within set budgets.
- Be a team player and support the wider team with multiple projects and initiatives.
- Find new ways to improve by diving into data and providing insightful analysis to optimize website performance.
Requirements: Qualities We Seek in You
- Whether you have gained relevant marketing experience or hold a marketing degree, show us your expertise.
- Positive vibes: Bring your upbeat attitude, can-do mentality, and exceptional communication skills to the table.
- The ability to work across several projects simultaneously and excel at time management.
- Strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail is a must.
- Tech-savvy: Experience using CMS platforms and websites will give you the extra edge.
- Collaboration is key: Show us your skills in working with multiple diverse stakeholders.
- A solid understanding and passion for social media and trends.
- Unleash your creativity: We're looking for someone to generate innovative ideas.
This position would suit an ambitious Marketing Executive or Manager who is eager to take their career to the next level and truly make their mark in a role that offers autonomy and ownership across a cluster of hotels.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Experience within a marketing role for minimum 2 years
- Strong commercial outlook
- Creative, outside the box thinking
- Strong presentation and influencing skills.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate and engage effectively at all levels.
- A willingness to travel throughout the UK to visit hotels or relevant marketing led appointments.
- Knowledge of PMS and CRM systems preferred, although training will be given.
- Report writing skills and able to use word; excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Open to new ideas
