Bute & Co Coffee shop is an independent venture by the Hotel which is due to re-open this Autumn. Bute & Co will have a hint of Hotel Indigo’s quirky vibe, whilst operating with a green, eco-friendly ethos, to create a new coffee shop experience. We will provide food and beverage offerings to compliment the stunning location, unique and authentic design whilst positioned in a convenient spot for hotel guests, shoppers and local offices. 

How will you inspire the eclectic rhythm in our hotel? How will you bring the local neighbourhood story to life? At Hotel Indigo® hotels, we’re excited to meet spirited characters who can delight the most curious guests.

WHAT WE A LOOKING FOR....

- We are looking to recruit passionate Baristas to join the Hotel Indigo Neighbourhood in our Coffee shop, Bute & Co.

- Coffee Shop hours of business will be 6am - 5.30pm. Expected hours 10 - 20 hours per week. Availability to work within opening hours, including weekends and event days

- Previous barista experience is essential

- Excellent customer service skills is essential. Putting smiles on faces come rain or shine

- A love for coffee 

- A drive to give back to the community and being green with our eco-friendly ethos

- A desire to be creative and Inspire people
