The F&B Operations Manager at AC Hotel by Marriott Glasgow, will oversee the performance, standards, and commercial success of Hazel Restaurant and The Collector’s Hall – two unique venues operating under one roof yet offering very different guest journeys.
ABOUT THE ROLE: F&B Operations Manager
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the F&B Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operational leadership of food & beverage across both venues. You will provide direction, coaching, and support to the Hazel Restaurant F&B Manager and the Events Manager for The Collector’s Hall, ensuring consistency, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences across all services.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role, balancing strategic oversight with a strong presence on the floor.
