Revenue Operations Manager
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Revenue Operations Manager to oversee revenue operations at RBH. Reporting directly to our Group Revenue Director, this role will support the revenue function in both strategic and operational capacities, driving continuous improvement through effective processes, SOPs, and project management.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs to enhance the capabilities of the revenue team, establishing best-in-class ways of working across our hotels, and managing the smooth integration of new systems and hotel onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in total revenue management, handling multiple revenue streams at a group level, ideally across various brands.
We are looking for an inspirational leader who excels at building high-performing teams and cultivates a culture of collaboration and excellence. The ability to communicate confidently and effectively with General Managers, Senior Management, and Owners is essential. A proactive project manager, you’ll bring experience in both leading dynamic teams and working cross-functionally to ensure optimal results across the portfolio.
