Role Overview
The Revenue Performance Manager will take ownership of revenue delivery across a defined portfolio of RBH‑managed hotels, including a number of 5-star properties. This role will be home based but with a considerable UK Travel element to support the on‑property revenue managers to maximise market performance, strengthen commercial decision‑making, and drive hotel‑level revenue culture.
You will act as the strategic commercial partner to General Managers and hotel leadership teams, ensuring each hotel achieves optimal performance across rooms, suites, events, F&B, wellness, spa, and ancillary revenue streams.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hospitality, strong analytical capabilities, and proven experience influencing senior stakeholders at property level.
