A Day in the Life at Hazel

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the success of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating the F&B team during service, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.

  • Supporting the management team in training, scheduling, and daily operations.

  • Being the first point of contact for any guest queries, feedback, or special requests.

  • Working service shifts, including breakfast and dinner, leading by example on the floor.

  • Ensuring the team consistently delivers warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service.

  • Overseeing restaurant setup, cleanliness, and close-down procedures.

  • Assisting with stock control, ordering, and monitoring of food hygiene standards.

  • Collaborating with the kitchen and management teams to maintain excellent service flow.

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous hospitality experience in a supervisory or senior F&B position is essential.

  • A confident leader with a hands-on, can-do approach to team support.

  • Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence during busy periods.

  • A genuine passion for food, drink, and creating standout customer experiences.

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts

  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a commitment to high standards.

  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team-focused attitude.
