Located in the beautifully restored Parish Halls and part of the iconic Love Loan development, The Collector’s Hall blends historic charm with sleek, modern design. Launched n Summer 2025, this stunning venue will be the backdrop for unforgettable weddings, inspiring meetings, and landmark private events – right in the heart of Glasgow.

Whether it’s a morning board meeting, an elegant cocktail reception, or a grand wedding celebration, our versatile space and welcoming team ensure that every event leaves a lasting impression.

As a Bartender at Collector's Hall, your duties will include:

• Serving a range of beverages including wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails with professionalism and care.

• Engaging warmly with guests and offering recommendations based on their preferences.

• Keeping the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked.

• Assisting in the setup and close-down of the bar for each shift.

• Following health & safety and licensing requirements.

• Supporting the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

• Taking pride in maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bar or hospitality experience.

• A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.

• A passion for delivering great service and making guests feel at home.

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• A team player who’s reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn.
