As a Bar Supervisor at Collector's Hall, your duties will include:
Serving a range of beverages including wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails with professionalism and care.
Engaging warmly with guests and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
Take responsibility for the setup and close-down of the bar for each shift.
Following health & safety and licensing requirements.
Supervise the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Taking pride in maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
