The Holiday Inn Blackpool & Marco's New York Italian Restaurant, an IHG Hotel opened in April 2024. This brand new four-star hotel is part of a wider regeneration project for Blackpool including retail units and improved public transport links, with a new tram terminal, all within the Talbot Gateway central business district. The hotel boasts 144 bedrooms, 3 meeting rooms and well renowned restaurant Marco Pierre White New York Italian, with independent street access.

As a Guest Services Night Assistant at The Holiday Inn Blackpool, you will oversee the guest service operations during the night shift, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. You will provide exceptional customer service, handle guest inquiries, and address any issues that arise overnight. Your responsibilities will include supervising the front desk, coordinating with other departments, ensuring the safety and security of the premises, managing reservations, and offering local knowledge to enhance the guest experience during their stay
