A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR AT OUR HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
Lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional dining experiences from breakfast through dinner service.
Support and motivate team members, ensuring high standards of service, professionalism, and teamwork.
Oversee daily restaurant operations – from table setups to guest satisfaction and everything in between.
Manage bookings and guest flow efficiently, ensuring minimal wait times and a smooth dining experience.
Address guest feedback with confidence and care, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless communication and timely service.
Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, keeping standards consistently high.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory checks to keep the restaurant fully equipped.
Step in where needed – whether that’s greeting guests, taking orders, or running food – to keep things running smoothly.
What we need from you
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and supporting a dynamic team.
A proactive, hands-on approach with sharp attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
