We are currently looking for a Mixologist to join our F&B Team at the Hilton Aberdeen TECA. The successful applicant for this role will have a positive ‘can do' attitude, be passionate and show that they care.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL 

What you'll be doing...

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and craft drinks that elevate their experience from the first sip.
• Create and serve a wide variety of cocktails, from timeless classics to signature creations, always with precision and flair.
• Recommend drinks to suit guests’ tastes, sharing your knowledge of flavours, pairings, and presentation.
• Maintain a well-organised and fully stocked bar, ensuring everything is prepped and ready for smooth service.
• Keep the bar area spotless, upholding hygiene, safety, and presentation standards at all times.
• Assist with stock control, from checking deliveries to monitoring usage and replenishing supplies.
• Work closely with colleagues across food and beverage, supporting each other to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Bring creativity and personality to your craft, adding those memorable touches that make guests want to return.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• A passion for mixology and a genuine interest in creating outstanding guest experiences.
• Previous bar or cocktail-making experience is ideal, but we also welcome those eager to learn and develop.
• Strong communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members.
• An eye for detail, from perfect measurements to polished presentation.
• Team spirit, with the flexibility to step in and support wherever needed.
• Energy and resilience to thrive in a lively, fast-paced bar environment.
