We are currently looking for a Assistant F&B Manager to join our Restaurant Team at the Hilton Aberdeen TECA. The successful applicant for this role will have a positive ‘can do' attitude, be passionate about every aspect of customer service and show that they care.
Your new role of Assistant F&B Manager will see you working in the Hilton Aberdeen on the site of The Event Complex Aberdeen (TECA).
The 200-bedroom Hilton Hotel on the site of the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre hosts Quarter House Bar & Grill, Flight Path, The only Executive Lounge in Aberdeen and Devona Spa & Leisure

What you'll be doing...
Support the Assistant Operations Manager in leading a
diverse team across the Quarter House Restaurant, Flight Path, and conference
spaces, delivering a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient
service from breakfast through to events and evening service.
Take a hands-on approach during busy periods, coordinating service across
restaurant dining, bar service, and conference catering.
Lead, coach, and develop the team, building a motivated and high-performing
environment across all F&B areas.
Manage guest feedback, special requests, and escalations with confidence,
ensuring a professional and positive outcome every time.
Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and events teams to ensure seamless
communication and delivery for both daily service and functions.
Support the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and events,
ensuring timings, setup, and service standards are met.
Monitor stock levels across outlets, assist with ordering and inventory
control, and help manage costs effectively.
Assist with rota planning and staffing across multiple service areas, ensuring
the right people are in the right place at the right time.
Ensure all areas meet health, safety, and hygiene standards, maintaining a
clean, compliant, and welcoming environment.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and drive guest satisfaction
across all F&B offerings.
