A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN AT OUR HOTEL
- Assist the team in maintaining the hotel’s high standards, ensuring guest areas, facilities, and back-of-house spaces are clean, safe, and well-presented
- Work closely with other departments to support maintenance needs and help resolve issues promptly, ensuring a comfortable environment for guests and staff
- Carry out basic checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the relevant team members
- Learn and follow best practices for hotel maintenance and safety procedures, with full training provided
- Stay engaged and open to developing new skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service and support the team
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong awareness of surroundings and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Practical and hands-on approach
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Flexibility to occasionally work over the weekend on a rotational basis.
