We're looking for a passionate Hotel Gardener to help maintain and enhance our beautiful grounds. From our historic Italian Gardens to our picturesque wedding lawns and woodland walks, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our estate looks its very best all year round. • Maintaining our historic gardens, lawns, flower beds and landscaped grounds to a high standard.
• Planting, pruning, weeding, watering and caring for seasonal displays throughout the year.
• Operating and maintaining gardening machinery and equipment safely.
• Preparing our outdoor spaces for weddings, events and guest enjoyment.
• Keeping pathways, entrances and outdoor areas clean, tidy and safe.
• Assisting with landscaping projects and ongoing improvements across the estate.
• Monitoring the health of plants, trees and shrubs, identifying and reporting any issues.
• Supporting our sustainability initiatives and helping protect the natural beauty of the estate.

✔ Previous experience in gardening, horticulture or grounds maintenance.
✔ A genuine passion for gardening and the outdoors.
✔ Pride in delivering exceptional standards and attention to detail.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
✔ A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
✔ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
✔ Experience using gardening machinery and tools safely.
