A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER AT OUR HOTEL
What you'll be doing..
Support the Front of House Manager in managing daily operations, including staff supervision, shift coordination, and opening/closing procedures.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guests have a positive experience from arrival to departure.
Train, motivate, and monitor front of house team members
Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and functionality of front of house areas.
Assist with staff scheduling, payroll inputs, and shift reports.
Maintain knowledge of health & safety, fire regulations, and emergency procedures.
Work collaboratively with other departments
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
