OUR HOTEL 

Staybridge Suites® Newcastle offers relaxing, home-like apartment-style accommodation with all the comforts of home, whether you’re staying for a night, a weekend or for an extended business trip. Features include spacious suites with living spaces & fully fitted kitchens, 85 on-site parking spaces, complimentary Wi-Fi, fitness studio, laundry facilities and a 24/7 reception and Pantry. All guests can enjoy our complimentary breakfast buffet with English breakfast and continental choices and mid-week evening socials with drinks and nibbles included, excludes Bank Holidays.

Located just a short walk from Millennium Bridge, Staybridge Suites Newcastle is perfectly positioned for those who want to explore the sights and nightlife of the city. Newcastle Central Station is a twenty-minute walk and the nearest Metro Station, Manors, can be found 5 minutes up the road. The A167 motorway is easily accessible as well as the A1. The nearest airport, Newcastle International Airport is 20 minutes by taxi.

Delegates can book our 14-capacity, boardroom style, Den Meeting Room and have 24-hour access to the Business Centre's services, including click-share, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi.

What you'll be doing...

  • Keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable space guests love to return to.
  • Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with an eye for detail, making sure every room is guest-ready.
  • Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels, keeping everything looking fresh and inviting.
  • Replenish in-room amenities, from toiletries to tea and coffee, ensuring guests have everything they need.
  • Report any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top shape.
  • Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
  • Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable.
  • Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience.
