A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPER AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

  • Responsible for Keeping guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable space guests love to return to.
  • Ensure team clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with an eye for detail, making sure every room is guest-ready.
  • Ensure team change linens, make beds, and refresh towels, keeping everything looking fresh and inviting.
  • Ensure team replenish in-room amenities, from toiletries to tea and coffee, ensuring guests have everything they need.
  • Report any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top shape.
  • Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
  • Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable.
  • Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Ensure Housekeeping meet hotel Budget and KPI targets
