In 2025, The Met Hotel, Leeds is embarking on an exciting transformation, with plans to restore and rejuvenate the property from the ground up. An extensive renovation is underway to enhance the hotel’s offerings and elevate the guest experience to new levels. As part of this exciting transformation, we are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Sales Director to help reposition the hotel as Leeds’ most beloved lifestyle destination.
We’re on the hunt for our next RBH Sales Entrepreneur – a dynamic Sales Director to represent the newly refurbished Met Hotel, Leeds.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join the senior leadership team and play a key role in shaping the future of this iconic hotel as it enters a new chapter. You will have a direct impact on driving the hotel’s success through the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives, focusing on building long-term business relationships and maximising revenue growth post-refurbishment.
We are looking for a results-driven, self-starting leader with a deep understanding of the hotel industry and a passion for proactive sales. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key clients, and positioning the hotel in the market to drive occupancy and revenue. As Sales Director, you will also oversee the Marketing function, leveraging the brand and identity to strategically support the repositioning and growth of the hotel
