THE ROLE
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of the hotel.
Working alongside RBH's specialist support teams and Radisson brand partners, you will be accountable for driving revenue growth, delivering exceptional guest experiences, maximising profitability, developing your team, and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the business.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a dynamic and inspirational individual who can balance commercial acumen with people leadership whilst maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

The Radisson Blu Hotel Liverpool is in the heart of the business district, next door to the passport office, within a 15-minute walk of Cavern Club and Liverpool ONE. This hotel is 0.7 mi (1.1 km) from Liverpool Pier Head Ferry Terminal and 0.8 mi (1.3 km) from Royal Albert Dock. John Lennon Airport is just under 10 miles away.
