A bit about what you will do...  

The Cluster Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Sales team by handling administrative tasks, delivering excellent customer service and assisting in the development of sales leads to drive both repeat and future business opportunities

  • Respond to RFP’s in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare contracts, proposals and collate information from hotel teams as required
  • Maintain organized and accessible records by accurately filing all correspondence
  • Handle incoming phone & web inquiries, providing information on hotel availability and group rates.
  • Compile weekly & monthly reports
  • Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue
  • Understand fully the Brand ethos, product offering by each hotel
  • Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships
  • Facilitate and conduct hotel site visits
  • Support and contribute towards overall sales objectives and targets.
  • Manage a small list of accounts with a view to grow and develop share
  • Research potential new accounts, conduct telesales calls, carry out face to face appointments if necessary and demonstrate non face to face sales activity in line with agreed targets.
  • Become conversant with appropriate brand standards and brand tools relating to sales activity.

Manage customer relationships to ensure new sales opportunities are maximised, encourage repeat business and generally promote the wider Arora collection of hotels

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and selling skills. 
  • Very strong communication skills and a high standard of written and spoken English. 
  • Strong attention to detail. A smart and professional appearance. 
  • Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner. 
  • Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is a significant advantage. 
  • Knowledge of Delphi/Salesforce systems is preferred.
