Key Objectives- Accurately input and maintain patient, appointment, and administrative data in our systems.
- Support smooth office operations by managing data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure data consistency and confidentiality.
Responsibilities- Enter patient information, appointment details, and billing data into electronic health records and databases.
- Verify accuracy of data before and after entry to minimize errors.
- Update and maintain records in compliance with company policies and privacy regulations.
- Assist in organizing and filing both digital and paper documents as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies promptly.
- Support administrative staff with data-related tasks and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information at all times.
Qualifications & Skills- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in office administration or data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably within healthcare or related fields.
- Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
