Key Objectives

  • Serve as a liaison between patients and clinical staff to ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain patient records with attention to confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing calendars efficiently.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or fitness industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using customer management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
