Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidential files and records in compliance with healthcare privacy standards.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and support organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and hospital operations is a plus.
