Key Objectives

As an Administrative Assistant at Rose Dental, you will play a crucial role in managing office activities, coordinating communications, and supporting clinical and administrative teams to help maintain a seamless workflow that enhances patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations including greeting patients, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with billing, insurance documentation, and processing patient payments.
  • Support clinical staff by preparing necessary paperwork and managing office supplies.
  • Organize and maintain files, reports, and correspondence to ensure easy access and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Facilitate internal communication between departments to promote efficient workflow.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties to support the overall success of the practice.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within healthcare or dental settings.
  • Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
