Key Objectives

  • Document issues and solutions to improve support processes and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hospital IT systems and medical equipment.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams while maintaining clear communication with users.
  • Provide training and guidance to healthcare staff on the use of technology and software applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities and technical documentation.
  • Stay updated on emerging healthcare technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in technical support, preferably within healthcare or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and common medical software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and data privacy standards is a plus.
