Key Objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Manage front desk operations efficiently, including scheduling and communication.
  • Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily workflow.
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients promptly and courteously, both in person and over the phone.
  • Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling using scheduling software.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide information about services, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Process payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Coordinate with fitness trainers, wellness coaches, and other staff to support client needs.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and wellness materials, ordering replacements as needed.
  • Ensure the front office and lobby area are clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in health, wellness, or fitness settings.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software, MS Office Suite, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude, team player mindset, and a passion for health and wellness.
