Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients promptly and courteously, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling using scheduling software.
- Handle client inquiries, provide information about services, and direct calls appropriately.
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate with fitness trainers, wellness coaches, and other staff to support client needs.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and wellness materials, ordering replacements as needed.
- Ensure the front office and lobby area are clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in health, wellness, or fitness settings.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with scheduling software, MS Office Suite, and basic computer skills.
