Key Objectives- Provide prompt and professional support to patients and internal teams via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve inquiries related to appointments, billing, general information, and technical issues efficiently.
- Serve as a key liaison between patients and clinical staff, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions to support continuous improvement and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly to incoming patient and partner inquiries, offering clear and helpful information.
- Log, track, and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations of appointments.
- Provide guidance on billing questions and direct complex concerns to the billing department.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure patient needs are met effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all healthcare regulations and data protection policies.
- Continuously update knowledge of Rose Dental Group services, policies, and systems.
Qualifications & Skills- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or healthcare is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and patient management systems is advantageous.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
