As a 1st Line Customer Support specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and partners, playing a vital role in delivering timely, empathetic, and effective assistance. Key Objectives
  • Provide prompt and professional support to patients and internal teams via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve inquiries related to appointments, billing, general information, and technical issues efficiently.
  • Serve as a key liaison between patients and clinical staff, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions to support continuous improvement and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to incoming patient and partner inquiries, offering clear and helpful information.
  • Log, track, and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations of appointments.
  • Provide guidance on billing questions and direct complex concerns to the billing department.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure patient needs are met effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all healthcare regulations and data protection policies.
  • Continuously update knowledge of Rose Dental Group services, policies, and systems.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or healthcare is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and patient management systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
