Key Objectives

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and courteously to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using our management system.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
  • Assist patients with insurance verification and billing questions, directing complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Provide clear information about services, policies, and procedures to support patient understanding.
  • Handle patient feedback and concerns professionally, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Support daily administrative tasks to contribute to smooth office operations.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and company updates to deliver knowledgeable service.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health, wellness, or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within health, wellness, or fitness industries.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen attentively and respond clearly.
  • Proficiency with appointment scheduling software and basic computer applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
