  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to live chat inquiries in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner.

  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling and follow-up coordination.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
  • Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and live chat platforms is a plus.
