Join Our Team

We're looking for a friendly and motivated Reception Supervisor to support our Front Office team and help create exceptional guest experiences from arrival through to departure.

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example, support the day-to-day operation of Reception and help ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their stay.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support the day-to-day operation of the Reception department

  • Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service from arrival through to departure

  • Assist with supervising and supporting Reception team members during shifts

  • Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs and respond to guest enquiries

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

  • Support the training and onboarding of new team members

  • Ensure company, brand and operational standards are maintained

  • Assist with room allocations, guest requests and Front Office administration

  • Support upselling opportunities and contribute to departmental performance

  • Help create a positive and engaging environment for guests and colleagues

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a Front Office, Reception or hospitality role

  • Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential

  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to support and motivate others

  • Good organisational and problem-solving abilities

  • Confidence in handling guest enquiries and resolving issues

  • Positive, proactive and guest-focused approach
