Role Summary

The Guest Relations Advisor is the first point of contact for our members and guests. You must be warm, friendly and engaging to provide an exceptional guest welcome and experience. You will be knowledgeable on all aspects of The Conduit and be able to communicate clearly and concisely. You will develop a close working relationship with our members and all teams within the Conduit.

Key Responsibilities

·       Build strong working relationships with all Conduit stakeholders

·       Always prioritise the front-facing member/guest experience.

·       Always be informed and knowledgeable on what is happening in the club

·       Always ensure a warm welcome to all members and guests. Be friendly, courteous and polite at all times. Bid a warm farewell when members and guests leave The Conduit

·       Follow Rucola Reservations procedures

·       To recognise repeat members and guests, ensuring we understand their requirements and preferences ensuring that clients feel valued

·       To uphold good housekeeping practices (i.e. neat and correct storage), clean and organised FOH and BOH areas

·       Accurately follow procedures for member and guest check in using the Peoplevine CRM

·       Answer phones promptly with a warm friendly tone always using your name

·       Direct people to the relevant areas and unite guests with their members

·       Handle inquiries for Lost & Found items promptly

·       Manage cloakrooms and all BOH procedures as requested in a timely manner

·       Ensure proper care of all furniture, fixtures and equipment within The Conduit. Any malfunctions and damage should be reported

·       Communicate with the members and guests on any closures on floors

·       Comply with all statutory and company health and safety, fire, bomb and security regulations as well as liquor and licensing laws

·       Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures

·       Actively champions and promotes The Conduit Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy

·       Supports and contributes to the overall success of The Conduit

Alongside your key duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required in line with business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

·       Ideally 1-2 years of relevant work experience at reception

·       Excellent written and oral communication

·       Passion for delivering excellent guest service

·       Strong interpersonal skills and strong ability to work within a team

·       Excellent organizational skills

·       Health & Safety knowledge.
