The Role... 

Do you dislike getting up early in the morning but are wide awake at night, then we have the perfect role for you!

We are looking for a Night Porter to join our team of night owls to ensure that we are consistently providing our guests with exceptional guest service even while they’re sleeping. 

A warm and friendly personality will be key in this as you may attend to any out of hours guest requests, offer our late night bar service or a late hotel arrival to ensure every guest is well looked after. Your role as our Porter is primarily guest facing but also ensuring the hotel is reset overnight through light cleaning duties, setting up events and tending to our guests requests.

Our ideal candidate will...

• Have the ability to multi task and remain calm and composed
• Ideally have previous experience within a 4/5* hotel
• Be proactive and always willing to go the extra mile
• Have excellent prioritisation skills and impeccable attention to detail
• Have the ability to remain self-motivated and embrace the highest hotel standards 

Salary and Contract...

This is a permanent, full time position, working 38.5 hours per week, on a 4 on 4 off rotation.

In line with UK Immigration and Employment Law, only applicants eligible to live and work in the UK need apply. Proof of ID will be required in the form of a Passport, National Identity Card or Birth Certificate.
