Night Receptionist / Front Office Agent
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· To ensure that all guests receive warm, memorable and personalised assistance during the night duty hours.
· Setting the scene for their stay, ensuring that guest needs are anticipated and any requests are actioned. Additionally, complete tasks accurately and within given deadlines.
· Ensure the hotel remains safe throughout the night while providing support to the hotel team, carrying out additional Maintenance, F&B and HSK roles.
Deal with complaints quickly and efficiently, find suitable solutions to any problems that may arise, and communicate issues immediately to management.
What we are looking for
· English, spoken and written
· Additional Spanish desirable
· Enjoys interacting with people
· Understand the impact of their job on the overall guest experience, safety, and security of the hotel operation.
· Be a team player.
· Knowledge of Health & Safety practices
The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
