 Assistant Front Office Manager

Mission: The primary purpose of the Assistant Front Office Manager position is to support the Front of House Manager in supervising and coordinating all activities of the reception department to ensure an exceptional experience for guests. This role contributes to the hotel's success by ensuring that all check-in and check-out procedures are carried out efficiently and professionally, and that any guest issues or complaints are resolved quickly and effectively.

 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·       Assist in supervising and managing the reception team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.

·       Ensure that all check-in and check-out procedures are carried out efficiently and professionally.

·       Resolve any guest issues or complaints quickly and effectively.

·       Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for guests.

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hotel reservations and occupancy.

·       Implement and oversee policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

·       Ensure compliance with all company regulations and standards.

 

Our successful candidate will have:

·               1 years’ previous experience in a similar position in the hotel industry.

·               Ability to lead and inspire a team, aligned with excellent communication skills

·               Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.

·               Fluency in English

·               Spanish preferential
