Description
We are currently seeking a passionate Receptionist to join the team here at House of George.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven individual to be a part of the launch of the House of George W. Davies Hotel, nestled in the beautiful village of Broadway in the Cotswold's.
We are looking for Receptionist who will be a pioneer in the guest experience and service beyond expectations.
As a Receptionist you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests. Your tasks as Receptionist will include but will not be limited to:
- To create a warm, welcoming and lasting impression for our guests.
- To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect House of George standards.
- To answer any questions or queries regarding check in/check out times, room availability, hotel services etc.
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- To always be well presented and in correct uniform.
- Good knowledge of hotel booking systems beneficial but not essential.
- Anticipates guest’s needs and provide them with a personalised, crafted experience.
- To be an ambassador for House of George as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
- To support other departments whenever required, demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork and flexibility.
