As Guest Service Manager you will:
Assist the Front Office Manager in successfully administering and executing all front office operations daily. You will showcase excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for proactive lobby management as well as a consistent, passionate approach to exceptional customer service.

Four hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London’s bustling West End, we’re looking for an experienced, vibrant, and energetic Guest Service Manager.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience as a Guest Service Manager or similar role in a hotel
Excellent detailed knowledge of Front Office operations
Who plays a hands-on role leading by example, and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members
You must have excellent man management skills be confident, have presence, have a passion for service delivery and enjoy working in a busy environment. With a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills and being hands on where need be with your team.
